10/2020 - PresentEven though I had been working for Standex/Tenibac Graphion Inc. for several years, I felt it was both the right time and the right decision to advance my career and to broaden my horizons. In October of 2020, I enthusiastically accepted a role with RIIS, LLC, where I can continue to learn and grow as a developer with an amazing and accomplished team of professionals, on a variety of projects and teams.
Full Stack Software Engineer - Onsite
06/2019 - 10/2020After graduating, I came back to Standex to continue working on their internal business management software. As part of increasing the maintainability of the code, as well as delivering an improved user experience, I completely remade the mobile version of their software using React and Bootstrap.
Full Stack Software Engineer - Remote
08/2018 - 06/2019I worked remotely for Tenibac while I was finishing my studies at U-M. It was at this time where Tenibac was acquired by Standex Engraving. I performed several updates and provided assistance during this merger while also ensuring that I did not neglect my studies.
Full Stack Software Engineer - Intern
05/2018 - 08/2018I was hired as an intern to work on Tenibac's internal business management software, which is in the form of a web application. During this time I worked to become familiar with the codebase as well as teaching myself Visual Basic and C#. I learned how their tech stack was constructed and contacted the previous programmers in order to learn the context and structure of the code.
